Little Felton

I’m Nicky Felton, shortest and youngest in the Felton Family and therefore dubbed “little Felton”.

 

Contrary to my height, I have a pretty big personality and very large goals and dreams for life.

 

I'm on a mission to inspire, be inspired, and just generally live an amazing life. I guess this website is a bit of a starting point for my goals and dreams, and acts as a journal where I'll document a collection of my favorite things, people, and ideas on life!

 

A little bit about me:

 

I have a pretty amazing family which has lead to an exciting and unusual upbringing. We’ve had all kinds of adventures from living on an island as a kid, to sailing the South Pacific ocean on our boat – thanks to Mum and Dad I’ve experienced a lot in the first 22 years of my life!

 

I think this kind of upbringing has really fostered my ‘can do’ attitude and general excitement about life. I always aim to live life to the full, to follow my dreams, and create opportunities for myself and others. I basically just love life, and love the fact that I have the power to change both my own and others lives for the better!

 

I completed my Bachelor of Communications degree at the University of Waikato, and did a double major in Public Relations and Management Communications. I've just finished up as the 'marketer' at the Avantidrome, New ealands National Cycling Center of Excellence, and I'm now the New Zealand Eventing Sport Manager for Equestrian Sport New Zealand. I love the combination of sport with communications, sponsorship and communications.

 

I fill my weekends with dreaming up business ideas and exploring around the Waikato! I always have a number of ideas or projects on the go which occupy my time and see my busily following leads. 

 

I have an amazing sister who's 'pretty alright' at riding horses (see her website here), and an incredible boyfriend who's also 'not bad' at riding bikes (see his Facebook here)...
