Challenging the challenges

It’s easy to have big ideas – actually doing something about them is a completely different story. Often I find myself in a position with a million big ideas that I end up feeling overwhelmed about, because I find it hard to make the first step towards progressing them.
To solve the problem I’ve set myself a challenge – "Do one thing every day to progress your ideas."
Whether it’s writing them down, talking to someone about them, researching ideas, designing a simple prototype, asking for advice, or actually contacting someone who could help me progress them – I’ll do something EVERY day.
Small steps all add up and I hope to slowly build momentum towards these monstrous ideas, so they seem more achievable. Repetition also builds habits, and these kinds of positive and productive habits are certainly what I want to develop!
Another thing I often struggle with is fear of failure – and so by facing my fears in small steps every day I’m working towards beating this unproductive hindrance.
